Admiring one of my favorite pieces by Raphael.
This car was parked here everyday we were in Vienna. No idea what it's for, but I certainly support its message!
And last, the famous ferris wheel of Vienna. The one that's in The Third Man with Joseph Cotten and Orson Welles!
Here are just a few snaps of my time in Vienna. It's one of the more cosmopolitan cities I've been to, a bit like Berlin with its tree-lined main streets and lots of young people zipping by on bikes. Beautiful architecture everywhere and home to some of my very favorite artists (Egon Schiele...sigh), so I definitely recommend vising the museums, which are all conveniently in one place called the Museumplatz! Or take a horse and buggy ride to see all the main sights in this neat and pretty city.
Hope everyone's weeks are going well so far! Happy almost Friday.
