Hi all! So I hopped on the lace-up trend train. Wait, actually, that's not totally true. I've had these Zara shoes for over a year and this dress didn't come with the lace-up style. It was a big v-neck that was actually too big on me (tbh I think the whole dress is too big on me... #ohwell) and the tassels kind of just...hung there. So I took a hole puncher to the dress. Didn't know if it would actually work, but considering I paid about $12 for this dress I was willing to get a little messy. And I don't think it looks too shabby!
I wore this to celebrate one of my only days off this week (though I technically still worked in the morning). My dad and I took a trip to the West Side where we munched at Happy Dog, played dozens of tokens worth of pinball games, and rounded it all out with some homemade ice cream sundaes.
