Happy Wednesday! Halfway through the week, and I'm already battling a cold and a mountain of work to be done. I'm pitching my mind backwards to when I was in Toronto over the holidays! We stayed in a part of Toronto we'd never been before and boy was it hip. From our art boutique hotel, The Gladstone, to cinema cafes and murals like this one! I tried my best to look Toronto cool in my new Topshop coat and sparkly loafers, but the only kind of cool I ended up actually feeling was freezing. As much as I couldn't wait to wear my new bell-sleeved blouse and velvet leggings (um thank you Target), I really should have just worn five layers of longjohns. Really.

Also, as I mentioned in my last post about The Gladstone, the hotel also functioned as an art gallery. Even outside of the actual exhibitions, each room is designed by an artist! I absolutely loved mine, which had the perfect vintage traveler feel to go with my new purse, a lovely gift from my brother. Listen, the suitcases even opened up into the minibar! What! Basically, if you're looking for a place to stay in Toronto, go to the Gladstone. You won't be disappointed.

Hope everyone has a great one! Thanks for stopping by xx
