Hi all! A bit of a throwback to when I was in Toronto over the holidays. We stayed at this ultra-cool hotel, The Gladstone, which also functions as an art gallery. Because of course. The exhibition on our floor, "Hard Twist," was all about sewing and embroidery - which is definitely making a comeback from a feminized laborer's chore to an unexpected way of making social, cultural, gender, and political statements. Or just things that look cool. Or maybe a combo of both - just look at those two embroidered Justins up there!

Anyway, hope you all are having an easy start to the week. I'm crazy busy but somehow managing to keep calm...we'll see how long that lasts!
