Giverny. Even the name of the town is lilting and lovely. This was my second visit to Monet's home and I was so happy to be back. I really think it's one of the most serene places I've ever been. It's soft and it beckons you in - just like a Monet painting. And I think I'll leave it at that. Let the photos (pale imitations of the real thing!) speak for themselves.
