I feel as though, having been in school for the past two decades straight basically, that it goes something like this: work, work, work, complain about winter lasting forever, work, work, work, barely notice it's turned to spring, plow through finals, wake up to beautiful weather with a fever and sore throat. I think my body knows when final exam week is and just gives in to all the stress I've been holding onto, hence my annual springtime cold. But a runny nose can't bring me down when the weather is this beautiful! And the tulips and blossom trees are only going to be here for a few more days, so I'll take myself out of bed and put on lots of pink to celebrate!
