Really this post should just be called "these boots." Because, these boots!! Despite living in the snowy midwest I'd never had any proper winter boots besides Uggs. Which are there for you in some dark times, but not the most fab or even functional. The hiking boot trend popped up and I tried to find a pair that weren't 300 plus dollars or looked like I was actually going to go climb a mountain. I just needed a reasonable, solid pair of sturdy boots to keep me warm and chic okay! Luckily I found these babies online at Nordstrom. I originally wanted them in black but they sold out, so my dear mom got me them in brown for Christmas. Honestly? I like em better! Such a classic color, especially in the suede and combined with the fur. I'd like winter to stick around a bit longer now please!!
