For the past two years or so, I've started making my own maps on Google for my trips. I do a lot of researching on blogs, Instagram, pinterest for both hot spots and those "hidden gems" (not so hidden anymore lol), and pin them on a GoogleMap. Then I can look at the map on my phone or print it out and find the directions and addresses of the places I want to go. Kind of like a vacation bucket list. For our Christmas trip to Paris, I had about four or five different map spots for getting the best pictures of the Eiffel Tower - #annoyingblogger, right? The only one we went to was Trocadero Gardens, which is right across from the tower and has stairs for some higher up views. It is by no means a hidden gem, with a ton of people there hogging spots and taking a million photos. And I was one of them! One of the lower levels of the staircase wasn't too crowded so I parked myself there (putting my coat on the ledge to mark it lol) and we snapped away. Of course it's a cliche spot but I don't even care - I love these photos!!
Blush pink will be a forever of mine. This Reformation top was a birthday present to myself a few years ago, and it just makes me feel so chic. Combined with my darling Chloe bag and these new boots, I'd say I almost overshadowed the Eiffel Tower. Almost ;)
