I really had some dreamy photo locations on this past trip! These were taken in a charming courtyard behind Chartres Cathedral, when we took a day trip from Paris. Being an art history student, I'd always dreamt about seeing Chartres in real life, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings, every little detail was remarkable, especially for it being almost a thousand years old. Plus the town itself is so sweet! It had some remnants of Christmas markets, and old town squares and plenty of chocolate shops.
I bought this top at & Other Stories, which is a store that is nowhere to be found near me, so I always pinpoint it on a map when I travel. I've worn it so many times already - the color is gorgeous and it's so soft. I'm still riding the high of buying this Gucci belt, and the colors went nicely. Though let's be honest, I could probably come up with any excuse to wear the belt.
